We’ve extended our returns policy for Christmas 2025. Orders placed between 17 November 2025 and 19 December 2025 can be returned to us up until 15 January 2026. Orders placed after 19 December 2025 are subject to our regular returns timeframes as outlined above.
Our Printing Blanket collection is made from reclaimed printing blankets, rescued from the printing industry, and combined with our signature decommissioned fire-hose. The rescued blankets are re-engineered to create a visually stunning, black textile that is strong and beautiful to the touch. This range maintains all the design features of the full fire-hose versions.
We fell in love with London's decommissioned fire-hose back in 2005 through a chance encounter with the London Fire Brigade. We took this lifesaving material home determined to breathe new life into it and save it from its otherwise inevitable end in landfill.
Our Printing Blanket collection combines the rescued printing blankets with our signature fire-hose, using the strong and heroic fire-hose in high stress areas and for trim, straps and handles.
Our pieces are more than just a collection, they represents a whole new kind of luxury. One that is sustainable, ethical, transparent, generous and kind.
Each of our pieces are unique. There are slight variations in colour and detailing - some items may have the Angus Duraline details printed onto the hose when it is first extruded and some may not, but they all look fabulous! If you require a particular style i.e. writing or no writing, please email our team at support@elvisandkresse.com when you place the order stating your name, the product ordered and the style you require and we will do our utmost to accommodate you.
Since 2005 we have been rescuing all of London's retired fire-hose by lovingly handcrafting them into sustainable luxury bags and accessories. Every year since, Elvis & Kresse have donated 50% of the profits from the Printing Blanket and Fire-hose Collection to The Fire Fighters Charity. This heroic material, once used to save lives, gets a second chance to keep giving back.
