In May 2025 in Osaka, Japan, at the opening of the Expo 2025 Women's Pavilion, Kresse received the prestigious Cartier Women’s Initiative Impact Award, celebrating her work rescuing waste and transforming it into luxury accessories. The award recognises two decades of regenerative innovation, from circular design to our straw bale workshop and philanthropic giving.

Established in 2005, Elvis & Kresse's journey began with a mission to rescue London's decommissioned fire-hose. Our eponymous founders set out to redefine heritage, building a world class luxury business that put people and planet first.
